Nidal Pascoe, MA, LPC-S, NCC (owner and founder)


Nidal is a counselor who has worked with many age ranges and populations. Her focus is on helping to better individuals and couples through identifying and working through blockages that can be harmful to productive relationships. Nidal's goal is to help you build and reach your personal goals to create a more healthy lifestyle.

Stacy Canfield, MA, LPC Associate

Stacy has years of experience working with a wide range of clients, with crisis counseling and grief counseling being my area of expertise. Her approach to counseling is through a person-centered framework utilizing a variety of cognitive behavioral strategies to help clients reach their individual goals. She strives both professionally and personally to maintain wellness through yoga and mindfulness practices. As such, Stacy is able to incorporate these into her therapy practice with ease.
Barbara Burrow, MA, LPC Associate

Jose Mata, M.A, LMFT-Associate
Jose has experience working with a wide range of ages and struggles such anxiety/depression, trauma, and couples/family issues. He believes we can become trapped in unhealthy patterns, painful relationships, or overwhelming circumstances that cause us to lose hope for change. In the stuckness the hardest thing to do is ask for help, so congratulations on seeking it out. His style uses a variety of approaches to: build awareness of emotions and thoughts, explore how we connect/disconnect from them, take responsibility for choices made or not made, and change the patterns that entrench us. He views each person as a collaborative partner joining the knowledge of their life into the growth process to create healthy movement through life's obstacles.

Heather Ann D. Penaflor, MS, NCC, LPC
Heather uses a person-centered approach to therapy and strongly believes that healing and growth occur within a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship. She has enormous compassion for people going through life's challenges and transitions. Heather is a military veteran and understands the unique needs and challenges of military families. She has extensive experience working with children, youth, and military families, but feels privileged to work with all those who are seeking support.

Michael De Leon, MA, LMFT-Associate, LPC-Associate
Michael De Leon is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate, as well as a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate. While living abroad, Michael gained nearly a decade of cultural competency and practiced lay counseling with numerous international populations. It was this experience that inspired him to become professionally competent and seek his Masters in counseling and licensure to practice therapy.
Michael primarily focuses on couples, trauma work, and family issues. He has been trained in Emotion Focused Therapy, an evidenced based mode of therapy designed for couples. He is also EMDR certified for helping clients heal from their trauma.
In his spare time, Michael enjoys learning about the lost histories of the world, especially indigenous history. He also spends a lot of time doing arts and crafts with his family.

Angela Bulls, MA, LPC-S
Angela Bulls is a Texas native and military family member who is a Licensed Professional Counselor Board Approved Supervisor. She graduated from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in 2006 and has been serving youth and families across Texas ever since. Angela works from an Existential foundation within a solution focused framework that allows for the incorporation of a variety of techniques tailored to meet clients where they are while developing individualized plans that grow with her clients as they make progress along their journey. Angela has been named Outstanding Alumni Community Advocate by UMHB, 2018; Youth Service Worker of the Year by Texas Network of Youth Services, 2015; and Volunteer of the Year by Temple Parks and Leisure, 2013.

Miles O'Neill, LCSW
Life is a story that is constantly unfolding. If your life has left you feeling stuck or lead you to a place of pain, Miles O'Neill can assist you in overcoming your challenges so the next chapter looks different from the current. Together, you will work through obstacles that leave you feeling distressed and discontent. Miles works with people across the lifespan facing a variety of difficulties. Miles' specializations include trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, stress management, life transitions and relationships. Miles is trained in a variety of therapeutic modalities that he offers in person and through tele-therapy. These include EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Equine Assisted Therapy and Christian Counseling. In his free time, Miles enjoys running, reading, riding horses and spending time with his family.
